Brenda has led and scaled a software development company in the network communications industry from start up to global enterprise and successful acquisition. She is familiar with the many challenges faced at each stage of a company’s lifecycle. Brenda holds a CPA designation and has worked with many small and medium enterprises (SMEs), for both product and services. She is passionate about helping organizations reach their full potential, to create long lasting value and sustainable competitive advantage.
Andre Okoniewski, SR&ED Advisor
Andre has over 30 years experience as a former CRA Industry Technical Advisor (ITA) for the SR&ED program and has advised businesses on the technical write ups for thousands of SR&ED claims. Andre leverages his in depth understanding of the SR&ED program from the CRA perspective to ensure claims capture critical information and meet all requirements of the program.
